How do you unwind after a demanding day?

I completely understand how you feel. It can be challenging to prioritize our mental health when life gets busy and overwhelming. But please know that you are not alone in this struggle. Many people find it hard to remember their healthy coping skills when feeling exhausted and drained. 

It’s great that you try your best not to reach that point. And on those demanding days when you have a lot on your plate, taking care of yourself in small ways is essential. Drinking enough water, eating small meals, and checking in with yourself can make a big difference. 

When the day is over, it’s lovely that you make time for stretching, skincare, and a relaxing cup of chamomile tea. Switching your phone to personal mode and reducing communication can also be helpful. Remember to be kind to yourself and prioritize your well-being.
