What’s the most fun way to exercise?
I’m getting ready to go to the gym and saw this prompt. I wouldn’t say there’s a fun way to exercise since I prefer to focus on the reasons for doing so. Lately, my goal has been health! I’m working to avoid diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and depression—no games here! That is what keeps me motivated.
Also, we might be facing a recession in the U.S., and I can’t afford to outgrow my clothes right now! So, keeping my weight down is a great incentive as well.
That being said, I enjoy hiking. There’s something about it that brings me peace, gives me a sense of accomplishment, and helps me connect with nature. It truly feels like being on top of the world!
